Christine Bebee Keener is a Speech-Language Pathologist who provides speech-language services at her Lafayette, Colo., office.

Professional Experience

Christine Bebee Keener has 28 years of experience working with individuals of all ages in a  variety of settings. She worked with hundreds of individuals with a variety of communication impairments. She has worked with speech sound disorders (articulation & phonology therapy), childhood apraxia of speech, receptive and expressive language disorders including social language and word finding skills, highly unintelligible children, fluency disorders including cluttering, selective mutism, cleft lip/palate, voice, downs syndrome, ADHD, ADD, augmentative communication and multiply disabled children.This broad range of  experience enhances her ability to work with different types and severities of communication challenges. She gained this range of experience in the following settings:

   13 Years in public school setting at the elementary level working with children with communication disorders that impacted academics as well as their ability to interact with their peers in California and Colorado.

   2 years of experience working in a rehabilitation center in Colorado.

   • 4 years working with children in a residential and day-treatment center for abused and neglected children in Colorado.

   9 years of experience working with severely multiply disabled children and adults in residential and day-treatment programs in Colorado and Ohio.
